AZ-900 is intended for candidates who are planning to take their first step in Cloud or are new to Azure. It helps candidates to demonstrate foundational level knowledge of cloud services and how those services are provided with Microsoft Azure.
This exam Azure Fundamentals can be used to prepare for other Azure role-based certifications like Azure Administrator AZ-104, Azure DevOps Engineer AZ-400 and more, but it is not a prerequisite for any of them.
